Side-wall curtains offer several strong advantages over vans and flat bed trailers.

Your load arrives clean and dry. The vinyl polyester material used for a curtain is much stronger than that of a tarp. A PVC coating is added to produce an extraordinarily weatherproof finish. All curtains are reinforced horizontally and vertically with webbing to give added strength. The end result is a strong and taut curtain that doesn’t look wrinkled and billows less en route than a tarp. Tension is consistent and the side-wall curtain will not tear from excessive handling, hail or shifting cargo, as tarps are prone to do.

Ease of loading is unmatched. Large and odd-shaped cargo can be top-, side- or end- loaded. Side loading eliminates the need for a loading dock and removement of goods, often saving wait time. Contact damage is eliminated since the tarps are not affixed to your goods.The Vango is equipped with ramps that allow loading from the ground and/or from the lower deck to the top deck. Our 2009 Fontaine Phantom is lighter due to all aluminum construction, allowing for bigger payloads, and greater reliability.
